We want you to feel confident when ordering from walkzone.ie. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
14 Day Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in like-new condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals and components must be included
Due to the size and weight of walking pads, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. This allows us to keep our prices competitive and avoid building return costs into product pricing.
Returns Process
To initiate a return, please email: sales@walkzone.ie
Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
Once approved:
- The item must be securely packaged for transport
- Returns must be sent back using a tracked delivery service
- Please allow up to 5–7 working days for collection or return delivery
Once received, all returned products undergo inspection and testing.
Refunds will be issued once the item has been checked and approved.
Faulty or Damaged Items
All products are covered by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:
- We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund
- Return shipping costs will be covered by us in these cases
If a fault is due to misuse, wear and tear, or accidental damage, it will not be covered under warranty.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method
- Please allow 3–5 working days for funds to appear after processing
