All walking pads include a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty covering faults in materials or workmanship under normal use. The warranty does not cover misuse, modifications, accidents, or normal wear-and-tear items like belts and rollers.

Simply email us with your order number, details of the issue, and photos or video if possible. We’ll respond within 48 hours and advise whether repair, replacement, or parts will be provided.

No major assembly is needed. Our walking pads come fully built — just unbox, unfold (if foldable), plug in, and you’re ready to start walking.

Most of our walking pads are designed to support users up to 100–120kg, depending on the model. Please check the product specifications for exact limits.

Yes. Walking pads are compact and designed to fit under most standing desks, making them perfect for combining light exercise with work.

Yes. We provide free standard delivery across the island of Ireland.
